LAS VEGAS – June 19, 2024 – With more than 2,150 pre-registered attendees, this weekend’s FlightSimExpo will be the largest event Flight Simulation Association has ever held. As flight simmers from around the world descend on Rio Las Vegas, here’s everything you need to know about North America’s community-driven flight simulation convention.

In-Person Attendees

If you’re traveling to Las Vegas for the show, look for an email called “Before Takeoff Checklist”. This contains everything you need to know about participating. If you’re still on the fence about attending—it’s not too late! Walk-in and day-of registrations are welcome. Please visit flightsimexpo.com for details on the venue, parking, and attendance.

Can’t Make it to Vegas? Watch Online from Anywhere!

Organizers are pleased to share that #FSExpoFriday—this year’s series of more than 15 developer updates and new product reveals—will be streamed to the community for free! Everyone can watch them at youtube.com/flightsimexpo starting at 1:00pm PDT on Friday, June 21.

Additionally, the Microsoft Flight Simulator presentations on Saturday and Sunday will be available on the official MSFS YouTube and Twitch channels.

All other Brasilia Room seminars are available through FlightSimExpo’s Online-Only Registration. Available free to FSA Captains or for a $15 one-time purchase, the Online-Only Registration includes ad-free, live and recorded access to all FlightSimExpo Brasilia Room seminars. Attendees can help contribute to the show and purchase access at flightsimexpo.com/watch.

“The FlightSimExpo Online-Only Registration and our FSA Captain subscription are great ways for the community to help support the show from anywhere,” says FSA Co-Founder Evan Reiter. “If you can, please consider helping us cover the costs of livestreaming the show each year with this $15 purchase.”
